This study was published in the World Journal of Gynecology & Women’s Health. It showed that 1 in 4 (27%) women felt “unclean” after sex. Other common complaints were urinary tract infections (21%), vaginal odor (20%) and yeast infections (13%). While 71% of women had dripping immediately after sex, 42% stated the dripping persisted into the hour after, 21% stated it lasted a few hours, and 7% noted dripping the next day.
